We listed our home in the Crescent with Taylor and she marketed it aggressively. She was very responsive to calls and texts and always got back to us quickly. She followed up on every single showing and provided us with frequent updates. She had many helpful suggestions that helped us to negotiate favorable terms. She also was very pro-active in helping us to find another home to purchase. In a tight market, she notified us immediately of new listings and arranged showings. What impressed me most was that, even after we had closed on both properties, she continued to be helpful and responsive. She recommended a contractor for some remodeling work and followed up with us to find out if the work had been satisfactorily completed. Working with Taylor was easy and a pleasure. She had confidence in the property we were listing and the results were so much better than we could have dreamed.
